At Foxglove Cottage we have always upheld the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, with our cleaning team being trained to consistently deliver a five-star service.
As we are now open following the lockdown – and with the health and safety of our guests and staff being of paramount importance – we are implementing further measures across the cottage and its facilities to support the rigorous cleaning procedures which are already in place.
The situation relating to COVID-19 will of course change on a regular basis, and we will continue to adapt our procedures as necessary to ensure the health and safety of our guests and our staff, following advice from the UK Government, World Health Organisation and key tourism bodies and specialists.
While some of our local facilities may be closed, we hope our guests will make the most of our beautiful location, which is surrounded by scenic rural paths, miles of forest and fresh air. This will allow us at Foxglove Cottage to come back stronger from the crisis, and offer you, our guests, the five-star experience that you are used to enjoying in years to come.
With so much uncertainty at this time, we do understand that making travel plans can be challenging. As such, we are offering free cancellations on all cottage bookings made until the foreseeable future if another lockdown is imposed. Please note that we will be unable to offer any discounts or refunds after your arrival.
